How this many things get built
One person, no employees. I decide the architecture, the data model, and what does not get built, then Claude Code writes it and I review the diff the way I would review a contractor’s pull request. The bottleneck moved from typing to deciding, which is why headcount stopped being the constraint.
It is also why Digital Dollars caps at two build clients a month. Capacity is limited by how much I can hold in my head and review properly, not by how fast code appears.
